Comfortable private room in Floridablanca. It is a beautiful space to rest and enjoy peace of mind. My house is in a very central area, where there is easy access to public transport, it is close to Universidad Santo Tomás(home of Florence) the Universidad Pontificia, the Santissimo, Hospital Internacional, Clínica Ardila-Lulle, San Pío X, Turena, shopping centers, the Florideñas Obleas, supermarkets, restaurants, the canal TRO, Papi Quiero Piña, paragliders... The space It is located in a safe area a few blocks from the metro station, close to Santissimo, Panachi, Hospital Internacional, Obleas Florideñas, Clínica Ardila-Lulle, Universidad Santo Tomás(Floridablanca Headquarters), Pontifical University, Shopping Malls, Supermarkets, Restaurants, the TRO Canal, Papi Vole piña, Maternal Children's Clinic, Santander's Industrial University, Floridablanca headquarters, paragliders(Ruitoque ) among others. Guest access Private bathroom, living room, dining room, washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, clothing area. You will also have access to the TV (located in the living room), and to the kitchen if you need to prepare all kinds of meals, coffee / tea or use the fridge, if you want we can cook and eat together, or I can prepare your meal for you at an additional cost. It's just me and my son in my home. Also, during their stay at my home, my son and granddaughter could visit me. If so, I'll let you know in advance. Cento with a parking lot for a motorcycle.
