Enjoy a peaceful family escape in this recently renovated lower-level retreat, set on 10,000m² of natural bushland with a creek to explore and spectacular views across the Gold Coast. Ideal for families, the space offers comfort, fresh air, and room to relax, while remaining close to beaches, shopping centres, and popular attractions. The accommodation is the lower level of a two-storey home. We, the owners, live on the top level with our young family so you will hear and see people around. The space The accommodation occupies the lower level of a two-storey home and has been thoughtfully renovated to suit families and longer stays. Inside, you’ll find warm oak timber floors throughout, two generous bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and a sleeper sofa suitable for children or extra guests. The living area is designed for comfort and downtime, with TVs provided in the living room as well as both bedrooms. For family fun, there is a swimming pool, table tennis (ping pong) table, pool table, and dartboard, offering plenty of entertainment for all ages. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking and family meals, featuring a stove, convection oven microwave, and a large fridge. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet and is clean, modern, and practical for shared family use. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a dedicated outdoor deck area with a BBQ and seating, as well as access to expansive bushland surrounds and a creek, which children are welcome to explore under supervision. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire lower-level accommodation, providing a private and self-contained space during their stay. In addition, guests may access several shared amenities, including the swimming pool, laundry facilities, and the games and outdoor areas. Parking is provided on the property with secure off-street access; however, parking is not undercover. All shared spaces are to be used respectfully and in line with the house rules to ensure comfort for everyone. Other things to note This is a shared family property, and guests should be comfortable with shared amenities such as the swimming pool and laundry. For safety and comfort, children must be supervised at all times when outdoors, near the creek, or using the pool. Swimming is not permitted after dark, and quiet time is observed after 8:00 pm to respect all occupants of the property. Secure parking is available but not undercover. Parties, events, and smoking inside are not permitted. This home is best suited to families seeking a relaxed, nature-focused stay in a lived-in, family-friendly environment.
