A separate lounge room provides a relaxed entertainment setting, featuring two premium leather couches and a 65-inch television with full streaming options, ideal for movie nights, sport or winding down at the end of the day. The dining area, positioned to take in outdoor views, comfortably seats 8 guests and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to support everything from simple breakfasts to long, shared dinners using local produce. Guests are welcome to enjoy the open surroundings while remaining within the maintained areas around the home. As with any natural rural setting, wildlife should be observed from a distance. Snakes may be present in bushy or long-grass areas, particularly in warmer months, so guests are asked to avoid dense vegetation and non-maintained areas for safety.
