The space Entrusted to us by Walter, Gaëlle and Elisa, this former carpenter’s workshop is managed in close collaboration with a local concierge service. Ideal for: holidays with family, friends or as a couple; wine-tasting enthusiasts; short and long seminars; and day meetings. You’ll find all the comforts of a modern, well-insulated home, just a stone’s throw from the bustling village of Branne. 🏡​ As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by the exposed beams and travertine flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, an induction hob with a built-in extractor hood, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee/tea machine. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious entrance hall leading to a large dining table and a bar area; the kitchen opens onto a private patio with a spa. You can relax in the light-filled living room, which features a large sofa and a television📺​🛋️​. There is a separate room housing the washing machine, which is at your disposal, along with a stick vacuum cleaner. A toilet is available on the ground floor. 🔖 ​🛏️ The master suite awaits you: a large 160-cm bed with Françoise Saget cotton bed linen, a walk-in wardrobe, a wall-mounted television, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 🔖 Upstairs, there are two bedrooms flanking a shared bathroom with a toilet: one bedroom with a 140 double bed and a walk-in wardrobe, and another bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be arranged as required. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Pets are not permitted in the spa. Other things to note ❌​ Parties and hen nights are not permitted; we ask that you respect the neighbours by adhering to the quiet hours stipulated by law, namely between 10 pm and 7 am. ❌​ The village is very quiet and the police station, located 450 metres away, can respond very quickly in the event of any issues. We rely on our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the area and the neighbours. Out of respect for the cleaning staff, we ask that you leave the house in a reasonable condition.
