Check-in is simple and stress-free thanks to a secure key code provided shortly before your arrival, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. Whether it’s al fresco breakfasts, evening drinks by the pool, or stretching out with a good book in the sunshine, the garden and outdoor seating areas offer the perfect backdrop to relax and enjoy your break. The property also features a private heated outdoor pool (depth 1.3 maters), ideal for cooling off in summer or enjoying gentle swims with friends and family. Inside, Alderfen View comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. A large, inviting lounge overlooking the garden and pool provides space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas make mealtimes easy and enjoyable. Small well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at some areas of the property. Other things to note There is a non-smoking policy at the property, this includes E-cigarettes and vapes. Please note that there is a pet policy in place where pets are allowed but must not be left unsupervised. Pets must be well behaved. Please maintain the property in good condition during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Please note we do not accept any hen or stag parties. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September and is heated only during this period. Please note that, despite the heating system, water temperatures may fluctuate due to external weather conditions. The swimming pool maximum depth 1.3 meters so it is ideal for children. Please also note that the swimming pool heating variations are beyond the control of both the agency and the property owners. Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings, and contents with care and respect throughout their stay. In the event that the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition, or if any damage occurs during the stay, additional charges may apply. Fees may be incurred for, but are not limited to, the repair or replacement of damaged items, excessive or specialist cleaning required due to staining, spills, odours, or misuse of facilities, and the removal of waste or items left behind. Charges will be proportionate to the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning required to return the property to its original condition.
