The Farm House at Garsington Studios is a beautifully renovated retreat for up to 8 guests, part of the prestigious multi-million-pound redevelopment of the renowned opera studios. Each bedroom features Ercol-inspired furnishings (a nod to the historic furniture-maker of High Wycombe) and its own private or ensuite bathroom. Ideally located for exploring the Chilterns AONB, and specifically walking the Wormsley Estate, it offers exceptional comfort and style for families, friends, and groups. The space The Farm House has been completely transformed through a thoughtful and extensive renovation, evolving from its early days as the original farmhouse of Wallace Hill Farm into a beautifully appointed retreat. In partnership with the Garsington Studios charity, the property has also been sympathetically extended, creating additional bedrooms—most with stylish en-suite bathrooms—while carefully preserving the character and heritage of the building. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with the added convenience of two en-suite bedrooms located on the ground floor, making the house well-suited to a wide range of guests. All bedrooms are generously sized and exceptionally comfortable, furnished with carefully selected designer pieces and subtle nods to the renowned local Ercol furniture tradition. The communal spaces are designed for both relaxation and socialising. Guests can unwind in the cosy living room, complete with a wood-burning stove, or gather in the spacious kitchen-dining area, which comfortably seats up to eight guests. A utility cupboard just off the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron, providing everything needed for longer stays. Leading directly from the kitchen is a highly practical boot room, also accessible from the back garden—perfect for shedding muddy boots and outdoor gear after exploring the many walking trails of the Chilterns.
