We have a private pool, terrace, living room, dining room, outdoor breakfast bar, rustic kitchen outside the house with cooking utensils, bedrooms with bathroom, hot water, air conditioning and covered parking. Exclusive beach access with palm hut service, 1 table, and 4 chairs included. Exclusive beach access; we offer a free table and chair service in the palapa in front of the house for our guests (subject to availability by season). The house’s proximity to the ocean allows for easy access to swimming and showers. The property has a service house where the person in charge of looking after the property lives; it is completely independent, and the person in charge of the service house does not have access to the property without prior notice.
