Preferably for families without pets and alcohol parties. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. Large open living room with kitchen, fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, oven. The house has 1.5 bathrooms. Hot water is supplied from an 80-liter boiler. Running water is supplied to the house from a well. The house is heated year-round by electric heaters. There is no bath or fireplace. There is a place for barbecues and a fire. There is a vegetable garden and a forest for walking and hammocks. There is a children's playground and a sandbox for children. Parking outside the house for 2 cars. Internet fiber - unlimited. TV via the Internet channel - Matryoshka - for independent use. The large shaded terrace has a table and benches for family meals. The house has a full set of utensils and all linen is provided. Guest access The guest has access to a terrace, barbecue area, playground, hammocks in the forest area, and gates to the forest. Guests can also use the garden, fruit and herbs located on the territory limited by the bridge. Other things to note I live in a house next door, always available and at a distance so as not to disturb your rest. I allow the use of the garden and vegetable garden. Guests have access to a vegetable garden with vegetables, berries and herbs. You can eat, but you are not allowed to collect for canning - you can only use it for personal consumption in the house during your stay. You can walk around the entire territory of the dacha without restrictions. To go out into the forest, keys to the gates are provided on request. Internet and television connections are made independently. All necessary TV set-top boxes are provided for the guest's use. Closed shoes are recommended for the forest and preliminary treatment of animals against ticks. The grass on the territory of the dacha is completely mowed, no ticks are observed.
