Older home, situated near the business district of Sumter, SC. About an hour away from Columbia. The house is cozy and each room is decorated with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, lamp and TV. The living room is a shared space which has a couch, two large recliners, a chair, and TV with cable and Netflix. There is a pub style dining table and chairs in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, two fridges/freezers, and washer and dryer is on site. The space The bedroom has a platform queen sized bed, a nightstand, tall dresser and two closets. There is a down comforter as well as extra blankets and pillows. Guests are welcome to utilize all common areas of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and some staple items for preparing a meal (spices, olive oil, etc.) There is also a gas grill outside. There is a fridge for your use if needed. The living room has a full sized couch and three chairs, as well as a 65 in TV with cable and Netflix. There is a large area for parking. The house is equipped with exterior security cameras for added peace of mind. There is not an alarm system. **please check the wireless router for the wifi password. We are usually not there except to do maintenance or repairs. There is one longterm (male) roommate. There may also be other Airbnb guests staying.
