Downtime Beach House

Fantastic family beach house, 3 minute walk to the beach with Tesla wall charger. Easy bike ride to the oceanfront boardwalk, the Virginia Aquarium, and the Motorworld water park. The space 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, two washers and dryers, outdoor deck dining area off third floor living room/kitchen, surfboard racks inside garage, Adult and Kid bikes provided. 1.6 miles to boardwalk, walk to Virginia Aquarium, bike to Motor World Water Park. Guest access Guests have access to entire house except for the shed and owner's closet. Owner not on premises during rentals. Other things to note In 2021, we replaced the broken toaster with a Ninja Air Fry/toaster oven, and replaced the futon in the master bedroom with a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. In 2020 we added a KitchenAid stand mixer for bakers, an Instant Pot for cooking while everyone is at the beach, and renovated the first floor bathroom.
