Charming Cottage on the Edge of the New Forest

The space The Cottage contains 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with on suite and a 3rd bedroom with a single bed and a single sofa bed. There is a cosy living room with wood burner, large kitchen and dinning room with additional space in the conservatory leading to the private garden. The garden consists of a gravel court yard area, shrub containing boarders, seating areas and a large grass lawn. Guest access Guests can access the cottage via the front door and conservatory door via the private garden (fenced & locked as standard). Other things to note The Cottage is situated in a great location; - Right on the edge of the New Forest National Park for great walks and country pubs. - 5 minutes drive from Paultons Park & Pepper Pig World. - Less than 15 minutes from Southampton City for great shopping at West Quay Shopping centre and city night life. - Less than 35 minutes away from Bournemouth Sea Side town and beeches. The location is great for easy Uber access should you not wish to drive anywhere. We welcome well-behaved dogs at our property! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following rules: - Allowed pets: Dogs only (up to 2 per booking). - Size limit: Small to medium breeds (under 25kg). - Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended inside the property. - Furniture: Please keep pets off beds and sofas. - Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. - Noise: Dogs must be kept under control to avoid disturbing neighbours. - Pet fee: £35 per Pet per stay (covers additional cleaning). - Damage: Any damage caused by pets may be charged separately. ⚠️ Important: Service animals are always welcome and stay free of charge.
