The large Domaine du Rocher is conveniently located between land and sea, in a quiet rural setting of a typical Breton hamlet in the municipality of Bonnemain. Less than 45 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard and 20 minutes from the seaside. Comfortable and furnished gite in a stone farmhouse with its beautiful swimming pool in season. The space You will enjoy a private terrace with trees and flowers equipped with outdoor furniture, garden furniture and a barbecue. Large common lawn areas where you can find games: soccer goals, ping pong table, badminton net as well as a beautiful shared outdoor swimming pool of 12 m X 5 m (depth of 0.8 to 2.1 m) heated between 22 and 28 degrees. The 45 m² gite, on the ground floor a living room including an equipped kitchen, kettle, Nexpresso coffee maker, oven, microwave... a living room and a living room with non-functional fireplace.
