Guest access -Guests will have access to the entire house except for storage/utility rooms. - Pool is not heated and will be available Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. Other things to note -If there is evidence of smoking of any kind inside the house or garage, there will be a minimum $500 smoking fee. -In the winter months a patch of ice develops in a spot on the driveway which can be difficult for 2WD vehicles to make it up the driveway. We will always do our best to maintain the driveway and keep it clear, but Michigan winters can be unpredictable. - Kayaks, SUP board is available for you to use. - We are in a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for bike riding with kids or taking a morning walk. - Please be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Failure to do so will be immediate removal from the property.
