Welcome to La Maison Hermitage, a charming and characterful family home located in the peaceful village of Nabirat, in the heart of the beautiful Périgord Noir. Inside La Maison Hermitage has been tastefully decorated with attention to comfort and atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer in the cellar) and coffee maker. The cosy living room invites you to relax with a book or board game; the fireplace is decorative only. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a dining room, a separate toilet and a shower room with double washbasins. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: a children’s room with three single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest room (with independent access from the kitchen) featuring a double bed and a baby cot. All bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioning units for a pleasant night’s sleep, even on warm summer evenings. Outside In the beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden, you’ll enjoy complete privacy.
