There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds and a bunk bed, ideal for families or couples. The open living area features a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, combination microwave, extractor hood and dishwasher. There’s also a spacious dining area and a cozy lounge with a sofa, armchair and an HD smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. From the living room, you step straight onto the private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Just 100 metres away is Lake Afritz – a peaceful, crystal-clear lake surrounded by nature, perfect for swimming and walking. Outside, a lockable storage room is available for skis, suitcases or bicycles. Free parking is available right next to the building. The apartment is equipped with high-speed 5G wifi through a professional network setup, perfect for work or relaxation. Entry is keyless via an electronic door lock with keypad, bluetooth and wifi. Bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment via a Nuki smart lock with keypad, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Their personal access code is shared one day before arrival. During the stay, guests have exclusive and private use of the entire apartment. Other things to note The total price includes VAT, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and all standard fees. A security deposit of €348 is processed separately via a secure Stripe payment link in the week prior to arrival. If no damage is found, the full amount is automatically refunded within one week after departure. The local tourist tax is €2.70 per person per night from age 17, collected on behalf of the municipality of Afritz. This payment is also handled separately via Stripe.
