This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA. The property is directly across the street from the Suntrust Tower and the Hyatt Regency on Peachtree Street. The apartment has wifi for guests and cable television. PARKING IS NOT FREE. There are parking options directly across the street and all around the building Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and spacious balcony. First, communication is very important and all guests do not hesitate to contact with anytime for any needs or questions. Wireless internet in the unit, a full use kitchen, laundry , TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu and more. Other things to note Please do not organize for any parties without letting us know. Otherwise, you reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged for breaking the house rules. Help yourself to fresh coffee and creamer.. Full kitchen with access to cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, pans, spices, etc. Also (ketchup, mustard, salad dressing, etc in the fridge is free game. Smoking is prohibited. Following charges will apply; $100 fee for each lost parking tag and each key fob, $25 for each lost or stained towels,$10 each for lost or stained hand towels, $60 for sheets per stained or lost set, $100 for any damage or lost blankets, $25 each for stanined or lost pillows or pillowcases, $100 for broken or lost Coffee maker, $40 for lost or broken hair dryer, $50 for each damaged or lost iron or iron board. Booking Requirements: - Each guest has to sign the rental contract and each guest has to accept the terms and conditions sent by the host before check-in. - In addition to airbnb’s guidelines, each guest must provide a government issued ID (either a passport or driver’s license) in the form of a picture of themselves holding their ID next to their face in order for us to verify your identity. - Guests must pay a $300 extra damage deposit with one of these following options: paypal, cash app, venmo, revoult, zelle, apple pay, facebook pay. Your deposit will be returned 2-5 business days after our damage inspection at the conclusion of your stay. After your booking is confirmed, all these matters above will be considered as read and accepted by the guest. In the event you have booked and you fail to complete the following: a photo of themselves holding their ID next to their face, terms and conditions, rental agreement, or deposit amount, you will not be eligible for a cancellation processed by us and we will not provide a refund.
