130 m2 house with a pool for the exclusive use of guests (from June to September). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony, garden, porch, barbecue and wood oven. AT THE HOUSE THERE ARE STAIRS. It is 20 km away from Salamanca. You can visit the castle of the Dukes of Alba, the tomb of St. Teresa or enjoy the river by canoe... It is located in front of the Basilica , next to the taxi stand. NO MORE GUESTS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. READ THE HOUSE RULES The space Sheets, bath and pool towels, toilet paper, gel and shampoo are provided. The master bedroom has two levels. The bed (180x200) and the closet are upstairs, and there are 2 more single beds and a sitting area downstairs. It also has a built-in bathroom with a whirlpool column. You can put a crib on request. There is another bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 and a third with two beds (bunk beds). The kitchen has a combi refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee makers (drip and Italian), blender, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, as well as all kinds of utensils. Coffee, cocoa and infusions are provided. The living room has beautiful views of the river and the Basilica. It has a fireplace, two comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted into a bed) and a 55" flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Video. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, pool and garden (including the wood-burning oven and barbecue), but not the enclosures attached to it, which will remain closed. The grill as well as the utensils to use the barbecue and charcoal are included free of charge. Other things to note It is essential to enter the number of guests who will be staying. NO MORE GUESTS THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION MAY BE ACCOMMODATED. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. HOT WATER IS PROVIDED BY AN ELECTRIC WATER HEATER FOR 4 PEOPLE. IN CASE OF MORE GUESTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE TURNS FOR THE SHOWERS. Pets are allowed for a fee. You must state in the reservation if you are going to be accompanied by pets.
