The apartment has everything you need for self-catering in everyday life. The bed is 160 x 200 cm and you can comfortably snuggle into the duvets with a size of 155 x 220 cm. The space The apartment is located as a single apartment in a detached house. It was newly built in 2025 and has a separate entrance. The total size is about 40 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped, a dishwasher. You will find everything you need for self-catering in terms of household items. The main house entrance is on another side of the house. The wooden house visible in some pictures serves me as a garden house and not for residential purposes. This guarantees your privacy. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed. The duvets are 155 cm x 220 cm. The size of the pillows can be chosen between 80 x 80 cm and 80 x 40 cm. Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet where you can conveniently store your clothes and luggage. The bathroom has a shower. You can park directly on the property, in front of the entrance to the apartment. Please do not smoke or vape in the apartment.
