Welcome to our small 55 m2 authentic stone and wood "refuge type" chalet on 5000 m2 of land located in Colmars-les-Alpes. Perfect for families, couples or groups who want to relax. Wood-burning stove in the main room (wood is provided). The cottage is on the side of the road with a parking space, second space possible. Linens are not provided. Non-potable water. Remember your slippers to keep your feet warm 😉. The space "Refuge" type chalet on 5000 m2 of land (fenced on the road side), easy access because it is on the road between Colmars-les-Alpes and Allos. 1 parking space, 2 possible depending on vehicles. Living room heated by wood stove (wood provided). Electric heating in bedrooms. The rooms are upstairs, accessible by a staircase. 1 bedroom with double bed 140 × 190 1 bedroom with 90×190 bunk beds and sofa bed Ski locker. Close to the resorts Le Seignus d'Allos and La Foux d'Allos, hikes, Lake Allos. Colmars-les-Alpes, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Simple comfort, no luxury. Pets are welcome.
