Le Petit Saint Antoine, Ferienhaus Südfrankreich mit privatem Pool, Garten, Design, Kamin, E-Ladestation bei Narbonne
Description
Le Petit Saint Antoine feels like a second home – a place where you can truly arrive. This lovingly restored holiday house in the South of France sits in a small hamlet near Narbonne, surrounded by vineyards, hills and fragrant garrigue. Thoughtfully designed with natural materials, warm textures, a terrace with outdoor kitchen, garden and pool – a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate the genuine. The space You’ll be staying in a thoughtfully designed, light-filled living space: three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a large kitchen made for cooking together, a living room with a fireplace, and a quiet workspace. Outside, the terrace beneath the old linden tree awaits you – your summer living room – with an outdoor kitchen and views of the natural garden with a private pool. This place is about living well in harmony with its surroundings: lime plaster walls, wooden floors, wooden shutters, natural night-time cross ventilation, and a garden shaped by nature, with lavender, herbs, dragonflies and butterflies. Occasionally, you might spot a fox on your way home. This is not a landscaped park – it’s a genuine piece of living countryside. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms – each with its own bathroom – plus an additional bathroom on the ground floor. The large garden, terrace beneath the linden tree, outdoor kitchen and the private, unheated pool are for your exclusive use. Depending on the weather, the pool is usually available from March/April until the end of October. Parking on the property and an EV charging station are available. A few storage and utility rooms remain private. Other things to note Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right outside the door, leading through vineyards, rolling hills and the typical garrigue landscape.
