Spacious end-terrace home ideal for adult guests, whether visiting for work or leisure. Enjoy a bright open-plan living and dining area with a 65" TV, one cosy bedroom, and a small retro themed home office and fast WiFi. One bedroom is locked for host storage. As this is our personal home, some belongings remain, with plenty of guest storage provided. Friendly neighbourhood, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, with a bus stop across the road. Heating & Electricity are on prepaid meters. The space YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME This is our primary home, available to Airbnb guests while we are away for work. You’ll have access to everything in the house and are welcome to use it as if it were your own home. Any private areas or items will be clearly marked, and we appreciate your respect for our space. LIVING & DINING AREA The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the large 65" smart TV and Italian leather sofa. Laminate flooring runs through this area and the hallway, and a few plants add a touch of greenery. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer, coffee press, and dishwasher. Cleaning products are provided to help keep the space comfortable. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is not heated. BEDROOM The bedroom has multiple wardrobes—some with our belongings—but one full wardrobe is reserved for guest use. It features a king-size memory foam bed and a ceiling fan for warmer nights. OFFICE SPACE There is a small office with retro styling. It has a vintage desk and chair, perfect for work or study. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet, and sink, with wall-to-wall marble-effect tiles. The floor is laminate. FLOORS & COMFORT Upstairs is carpeted. As an end-terrace Victorian house, it can be quite cool in winter and warm during periods of hot weather. Extra blankets are provided for colder nights, and fans are available to help keep you comfortable during heatwaves. Guest access Guests have full access to the house during their stay. One bedroom will be locked and used for secure storage of our personal belongings. The guest bedroom includes a full wardrobe entirely for your use, and the kitchen provides clearly designated cupboard space for guests. As this is our primary home, any areas or items that are not for guest use will be clearly labelled. Everything else in the house is available for your comfort and enjoyment. Other things to note Utilities (Gas & Electricity) The property operates on prepay gas and electricity meters. Prior to your arrival, we will ensure the meters are topped up with sufficient credit to comfortably cover normal usage during your stay, including regular heating in the mornings and evenings in winter months. During colder periods, we will add extra credit where needed to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. We operate a fair-usage policy for heating. In winter the thermostat is typically set for 3 hours heating in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. Guests who prefer higher-than-average indoor temperatures are welcome to top up the meters themselves at any time. In summer the heating remains off. Please note that the kitchen is located in a house extension and does not have a radiator, so this area is not heated.
