With free parking in front of the building, AIR CONDITIONING (!!), two very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, this apartment offers an excellent starting point for exploring Saintes, or simply a pleasant and relaxing stopover during a long trip. Nearby: Abbaye aux Dames 150 m away, E. Leclerc shopping centre 150 m away, Public gardens 200 m away, Arc de Germanicus 450 m away, Palais de Justice 850 m away, SNCF train station 950 m away. The space This two-room apartment, located on the first floor, includes a main living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The adjoining bedroom has a comfy double bed. The double-glazed windows are fitted with blackout blinds to help you get a peaceful night's sleep. Access is via connected locks, both to the main entrance of the building and to that of the apartment. A 6-digit code, valid for the duration of your stay, will be provided, as well as access cards for an experience close to that of a modern hotel. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Other things to note If you are two people and want to use two separate beds, we will need to add €20 to help us cover these extra costs. Please note that cleaning fees do not cover our actual costs.
