Our family owns the Trattoria & Craft Brewery "La Collina," located below the apartment, a quiet establishment with excellent food. A large terrace is available for your use! The space Our comfortable, independent home comprises an entrance hall, a small living room with a sofa, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a large table. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (with the option of adding a crib or fold-out bed), a spacious bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and basic toiletries. The home also features a large terrace for your summer dining. Guest access The house is located in the village square of Loppeglia, which serves as a free public parking lot. Other things to note Our family owns the Trattoria & Craft Brewery "La Collina," located below the house. This quiet establishment serves excellent traditional food and produces award-winning craft beer, both in Italy and abroad. Please note that all guests over the age of 14 are required to pay a daily city tax of €2 per night, for a maximum of 5 nights. By reservation, you can visit the brewery and taste our products.
