The space The villa features independent entrances for all bedrooms, as well as a main entrance. Inside, there are two spacious badrooms:on with en-suite bathroom and the other with its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living area includes a double lounge, with a separate sitting area and a bright open-plan living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a island, complete with appliance and all the essentials for cooking. The living room and the kitchen area are also air conditioned. The propriety also features an annex and adjoining the villa, with its own private entrance, used as a laundry room and equipped with a washing machine available for guests. The villa is equipped with a backup generator, which is particularly useful in Zanzibar, where power outages may occasionally occur. Should the generator be used, the relatedfuel and operating cost will be charged separately and are not included in the rental rate. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the villa, the spacious garden, the surrounding patio and all indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. The property is located approximately two minutes from the main road, where you can find shops and a hospital, 15 minutes from Paje, 30 minutes from Jambiani, 30 minutes from Jozani Forest, about 1 hour from Stone Town, and between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes from Zanzibar international airport. Shaba e Cesare, two very sweet and affectionate dogs, also live on the property,. Together with the security service they help make the villa a peaceful, safe, and welcoming place.
