The space Villa Markiani is a luxurious, traditional Cycladic residence of 100 sq.m., accommodating 4 to 6 guests. The property features an open-plan living and office area, a fully equipped kitchen, two luxury bathrooms, and a guest WC. The villa consists of three bedrooms, which are made available based on the number of guests: One bedroom with a king-size double bed. One bedroom with two twin beds(usually children) A fully equipped independent studio featuring a luxury bathroom, a king-size double bed, and its own private entrance. All outdoor areas offer private seating and complete privacy, surrounded by hundreds of trees and plants. This lush environment creates a unique connection with nature and the local landscape, ensuring a truly memorable stay. Guest access Villa Markiani is located on the peripheral road that connects the island's traditional villages, serving as an ideal base for exploring the area. It offers easy access to the settlement of Aegiali, the port, and the main beach, which are just a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. The villa is perfectly positioned to visit the nearby traditional villages of Tholaria, Lagada, and Potamos, all located within a distance of 2 to 4 km.
