A 74 sq. house bathed in light, always available, located at beautiful Isternia Bay. Only some footsteps away from a lovely and secluded sandy beach, with sun umbrellas of public use. Also, at walking distance, there is a cozy beach bar, the famous “Thalassaki” restaurant, and a traditional old school coffee shop. Guests can indulge in a panoramic sea view of the Aegean sea. The private parking lot lies in front of the property. The surrounding environment is quiet and serene since the road leading to the property is semi-private. There is a total lack of humidity and the sea is practically at a one-minute walking distance. Guests have access to the whole property, including indoor & outdoor spaces and terraces. Also, there is an outdoor BBQ lounge, well protected from the sun and wind. There are bus routes to the main town and back, twice a day. The nearest village is called Isternia and it is located approximately 4,5 km from the Bay. In this village, one will find 3 all day bars, ideal for breakfast or drinks, with a spectacular view, a traditional tavern and a small market. At an approximately 10 km distance, lies the beautiful village Pyrgos. There, one can find a fully equipped supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, and ATM. Pyrgos is considered one of the most spectacular traditional settlements of the island, featuring the Marble Crafts Museum and many other attractions and cultural sites.
