The space Set back on a quiet, unmade road close to the sandy beach of Shanklin and only a short stroll away from the town centre, 16 Beatrice Avenue is a perfect place for a holiday on the Isle of Wight. The property is conveniently located, with Shanklin old village just a 20 minute walk away where you will find pubs and restaurants serving excellent food, along with quaint shops including The Rock Shop, with its array of traditional flavoured sweets, rocks and biscuits. This single-storey property provides three bedrooms; a modern open-plan layout including a bright and spacious sitting room area with cosy wood burning stove; a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating four guests in addition to the dining table with seating for six guests. A separate snug with a television, comfy arm chair and a large, squidgy bean bag is the perfect place to enjoy some down time. Outside, the front of the property offers a decked area with garden furniture where you can enjoy some al-fresco dining or a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down, along with a large lawned area for the children to play. Additional Information: Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). 2 Infants are welcome, please provide your own travel cot and highchair if required. Whilst all ground floor, there are a few steps leading up to the accommodation. Please ensure children are supervised at all times whilst outside, the decked area has steps down to a paved area. There is a slope running the length of the front garden, this leaves an unfenced drop from the grassed area to the paving below.
