The space The Château de la Tour gîte, located in an outbuilding of the château, offers a unique setting that combines elegance, authenticity and comfort. The generous volumes, natural light and antique materials create a warm and soothing atmosphere. 🛋️ Living spaces The ground floor features a spacious living area, comprising a comfortable lounge and a convivial dining space. Exposed beams, stone walls and carefully selected antique pieces give the place an authentic charm, making it ideal for spending time with family or friends. 🍽️ Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is practical and pleasant: oven, hob, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery and utensils. It makes it easy to cook while enjoying the atmosphere of the cottage. 🛏️ Bedrooms The rooms are spacious, quiet and decorated in a boho-chic and refined style. They feature comfortable bedding, with sheets provided, period furniture and thoughtful details, creating a truly cosy haven. 👉 All bedrooms are located upstairs and can be accessed via a staircase. Some have multiple sleeping options, making them ideal for families. 👉 Please note: one of the bedrooms is located on the landing. It can be separated with a curtain, but it doesn't have a door, which means privacy is more limited. 🛁 Bathroom & toilet Bright bathroom with double basin, shower, storage and towels provided. 👉 There is a toilet in the bathroom, and a second separate toilet is available on the ground floor for added convenience. 🌿 Surrounding area The cottage is nestled in the heart of the Château de la Tour estate, in a peaceful, green setting, perfect for rest and relaxation. Surrounded by nature and steeped in history, the place offers an authentic and rejuvenating atmosphere. Guests are invited to walk freely around the castle and in the surrounding wooded areas. 👉 For safety reasons, the moat is not open to the public. 👉 Due to the risk of fire, smoking is strictly prohibited in the park, woods, fields and, more generally, in the natural areas of the estate. Smokers are requested to use only the designated areas near the cottage, on the terrace. Please always dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. This allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while remaining close to Futuroscope and the main roads. 🌿 Outdoors Guests have access to a lovely garden at the back of the cottage, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. A furnished terrace with two tables, eight chairs, a parasol and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy quality time outdoors with family or friends. 🏊‍♀️ Swimming pool The swimming pool is located in the heart of the Château's orchard, in a natural and relaxing setting. It is shared by the various accommodation units on the estate and is accessible from 10 am to 8:30 pm. Buoys and accessories are available for young and old, so you can make the most of the beautiful weather. 👉 The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 15 September and is not heated. However, if the weather is favourable, it may be accessible earlier. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gîte, which is fully reserved for them during the stay. They can freely use all the rooms: living spaces, equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The gîte is located in an outbuilding of the castle and offers independent access, guaranteeing privacy and comfort throughout the stay. Other things to note ℹ️ Important information before booking The cottage is located in an outbuilding of the Château de la Tour, within a historic and peaceful estate. The accommodation is entirely private, with independent access. Guests are free to access the estate's garden, provided they respect the place and its surroundings. Small private events (e.g. birthdays) are only allowed with prior agreement and must be held in absolute quiet, without music or noise disturbance, both during the day and at night. For reasons of comfort, safety and respect for the place, guests or visitors of the travellers are not allowed to use the pool, even in the presence of the occupants of the cottage. For safety reasons, access to the cave areas of the estate is strictly prohibited to guests. The accommodation must be returned in a state of cleanliness equivalent to that on arrival. The main castle cannot be visited freely.
