The carefully renovated cottage combines authentic charm, modern comfort and a peaceful atmosphere. The space The Château de la Tour cottage, located in an outbuilding of the castle, offers a unique setting combining elegance, authenticity and comfort. The spacious layout, natural light, and antique materials create a cozy, soothing atmosphere. 🛋️ Living spaces The ground floor has a large living room consisting of a comfortable living room and a friendly dining area. Exposed beams, stone walls and carefully chosen antique furniture give the place an authentic charm, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. 🍽️ Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is functional and pleasant: oven, stove, hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes and utensils. It makes cooking easy while enjoying the atmosphere of the cottage. 🛏️ Bedrooms The rooms are spacious, quiet and decorated in a bohemian chic and refined spirit. They offer comfortable bedding, bed linen provided, antique furniture and thoughtful details for a real cocoon. 👉 All bedrooms are upstairs and accessible by a staircase. Some have multiple beds, ideal for families. 👉 Please note: One of the bedrooms is located on the landing. It can be closed off using a curtain, but it does not have a door, which means that privacy is more limited. 🛁 Bathroom & toilet Bright bathroom with double sink, shower, storage and towels provided. 👉 There is one toilet in the bathroom, and a second, separate toilet is available on the ground floor for added convenience. 🌿 Surrounding area The cottage is nestled in the heart of the Château de la Tour estate, in a green and peaceful setting, conducive to rest and relaxation. Surrounded by nature and steeped in history, the place offers an authentic and rejuvenating atmosphere. Guests are welcome to walk freely around the castle and in the surrounding wooded areas. 👉 For safety reasons, the moat is not accessible to the public. 👉 Due to the risk of fire, smoking is strictly prohibited in the park, woods, fields, and more generally in the natural areas of the estate. Smokers are asked to use only the designated areas near the cottage, on the terrace. Please always dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. You can thus enjoy the calm of the countryside while remaining close to Futuroscope and the main roads. 🌿 Outdoors Guests have access to a lovely garden at the back of the gîte, perfect for relaxing in complete peace. A furnished terrace with two tables, eight chairs, an umbrella, and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy quality time outdoors with family or friends. 🏊♀️ Swimming pool The pool is located in the heart of the Château's orchard, in a natural and peaceful setting. It is shared by the various accommodations on the estate and is accessible from 10 am to 8:30 pm. Tubes and accessories are available for young and old, so you can make the most of the sunny days. 👉 The pool is open from July 1 to September 15 and is not heated. However, if the weather is favorable, it may be accessible earlier. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gîte, which is fully reserved for them during the stay. They can freely use all the rooms: living spaces, equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The gîte is located in an outbuilding of the castle and offers independent access, guaranteeing privacy and comfort throughout the stay. Other things to note ℹ️ Important information before booking The cottage is located in an outbuilding of the Château de la Tour, within a historic and peaceful estate. The property is completely private, with independent access. The estate garden is freely accessible to guests, respecting the place and its environment. Small private events (e.g. birthday) are only allowed by prior agreement and must take place in absolute calm, without music or noise, day or night. For reasons of comfort, safety, and respect for the premises, guests or visitors of the travelers are not allowed to use the pool, even in the presence of the occupants of the cottage. Access to the troglodyte parts of the estate is strictly forbidden to guests, for safety reasons. The accommodation must be returned in a clean condition equivalent to that of the arrival. The main castle is not open to the public.
