The space The attic of Casa Happy consists of two bright and well-kept rooms, each designed to ensure privacy and comfort during your stay. The rooms are separate and have an independent entrance from the corridor, so as to offer tranquility to both small groups and families who book the entire property. Each room has its own table or dedicated corner, useful for having breakfast or working independently. The bathrooms are inside the respective rooms, with essential equipment and dedicated dispensers in the various points of use. The central area of the attic houses a small area equipped with a coffee corner and a support kitchen corner, designed to make daily needs more comfortable. Outside, the property is accessible via a private staircase, with ample parking space inside the fenced courtyard. Guest access Guests access the attic through an independent entrance with an external staircase, which guarantees full autonomy at every stage of the stay. All interior areas are easily accessible and intuitively organized: the central corridor connects the two bedrooms and service spaces, allowing each group to move in total privacy. The Corner Coffee and the kitchenette are freely usable at any time, while the outdoor areas, currently unusable, are intended for a future relaxation space. The entire attic is delivered ready for use, with a cozy environment and attention to every detail.
