Other things to note General: - NO pets are allowed. - Full Bar is available, price to be paid based on consumption(per bottle basis). - Only initial cleaning is included in the packaged price, maid is available in the apartment which is charged extra 500 INR / week. For booking less than 1 week, this wont be charged extra. - Maid is responsible to wash the daily dishes and regular cleaning/moping of floor along with bathroom cleaning. She is having a RFID Tag to open the main door in case if No one is available at home. 🍾 Liquor Policy If you open any sealed liquor bottles, charges will apply based on the price printed on the bottle. 🥂 Breakage of Glassware If any glasses or plates are broken, charges may be applicable. 🏠 Property Damage Any damage to the property due to mishandling will attract additional charges. 🏢 Society Penalty If any penalty is imposed by the society due to mishandling, it will be borne by the guests. 🎨 Painting Charges Applicable in case of damage to existing wall painting.
