Nestled in a private country road, our cozy waterfront cottage offers you the relaxation that only lake life can provide. Camp Rose Claire is located on Lake Canadarago, nearby to Cooperstown, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass, Ommegang Brewery & FlyCreek Cidermill. There is also lots of nearby hiking, plenty of fish for the catching. We offer the use of two kayaks, canoe, and a grill. Complete with all your essential comforts, in an unbeatable and convenient location! INDOOR LIVING: 1 Family Room TV, board games, dining table seats 4, AC Unit. Bedroom #1- Queen bed, two night tables, and an armoire Bedroom #2- Full bed, dresser Bedroom #3-Twin bunk beds, dresser KITCHEN: Fully-equipped, full size refrigerator, cooking basics & spices, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, tea kettle, toaster oven. Complimentary coffee, coffee filters and tea OUTDOOR LIVING: Private waterfront yard, patio with dining table & gas grill. Private dock, 2 Kayaks, 1 Canoe, Floating dock. GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, trash bags/paper towels. bed linens and pillows. PARKING: Gravel driveway (3 vehicles) ***Please note we do not have a washer/dryer*** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire camp and surrounding land with easy self-checkin. During our guests stay, our camp is their camp! Other things to note *We want you to be as happy and as comfortable as possible in our home throughout the duration of your stay. Some parts of the cottage have low ceilings, so please be sure our home is fit for you. The bathroom, and Master bedroom have gradual low slanting ceilings which may impede the comfort of guests over 6 feet. Please remember that this cottage like many waterfront properties, has no protective fence or barrier at the waters edge. ALL children must be watched at ALL times to insure 100% safety.
