Camp Rose Claire is located on Lake Canadarago, nearby to Cooperstown, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass, Ommegang Brewery & FlyCreek Cidermill. There is also lots of nearby hiking, plenty of fish for the catching. We offer the use of two kayaks, canoe, and a grill. No Parties or Events Parties, events, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. The home is located in a residential area, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and community at all times. Damage / Missing Items Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive mess, or violations of house rules during their stay. Any issues will be documented and handled through Airbnb. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire camp and surrounding land with easy self-checkin. During our guests stay, our camp is their camp! Other things to note *We want you to be as happy and as comfortable as possible in our home throughout the duration of your stay. Some parts of the cottage have low ceilings, so please be sure our home is fit for you. The bathroom, and Master bedroom have gradual low slanting ceilings which may impede the comfort of guests over 6 feet. Please remember that this cottage like many waterfront properties, has no protective fence or barrier at the waters edge. ALL children must be watched at ALL times to insure 100% safety.
