SUPERKING bed in master bedroom, Double bed with Ensuite, and twin single beds in third bedroom. Family Bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Heated towel rail, heated mirror cabinet. Open-plan living with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area containing three plump Parker Knoll sofas. Oil central heating and wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker (original style thimble shape pods will need to be purchased separately from your preferred supplier) A tumble dryer is available which serves the barns charged at £5 per load A selection of books and games, Smart TV, DVD player and Super-fast WiFi Fuel and power inc. in rent Bed linen and towels inc. in rent Communal landscaped gardens. Guests can purchase logs to be used in the outside charcoal BBQ at £5 per load, or coal can be purchased from the village shops. A Gas BBQ can be booked for rental, a £20 returnable cash deposit is required which is refunded if the GAS BBQ is returned cleaned. It has a toilet, sink and shower - NO BATH. (No option on this platform to list En-Suites sorry). Guest access Guest have full and exclusive use of Lily Cottage, the patio area outside the property and access to the large shared gardens and orchard. Other things to note Caution: Open water (pond /stream) and mud. Uneven ground. Paths & patios may become slippery when wet. Do not leave children and animals unattended. Take care with the elderly or infirm. Unable to accept XL Bully Dogs. Two dogs welcome without further charge. Please pick up after your dogs immediately. The gardens are not fully enclosed. Please remove dog hair from your property. Extra dog blankets and towels available without charge on arrival. Caution: Hot water is hot. Water temperature is set at the boiler to adhere to Legionnaire laws. Sorry no smoking or vaping in the cottage or the grounds. Please leave the property if you wish to smoke / vape.
