The space Guests have exclusive access to the two main floors of the villa, which include bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area, as well as private outdoor spaces: garden, swimming pool, and furnished pergola. The basement (tavern) is for the owner's private use and may occasionally be occupied, with no shared indoor spaces or interference. The top floor is an unfinished attic and is not accessible. Guest access Guests have private access to the two main levels of the house (ground floor and first floor), which include: bedrooms main bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower service bathroom with washing machine fully equipped kitchen dining area Outside, all areas are for the exclusive use of guests: garden, swimming pool, furnished pergola for outdoor dining and evenings, and private parking area.
