We have a modern vacation home with an area of 180 m2, located in a picturesque area in the town of Rytro. Consistent colors and a functional space are what set our home apart from others in the area. Comfortable sofas and armchairs will ensure the highest level of comfort. Guest access the entire house for the exclusive use of guests Other things to note HOLIDAY HOME RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. These rules apply to all persons staying on the premises of the REMEDY Holiday Home, address: Rytro 651, 33-343 Rytro. 2. The Guest's guardian is Monika Zych-Łękawska 3. The basis for the Guest's check-in is to show an ID or passport. 4. The commencement of the stay in the REMEDY holiday home is tantamount to the Guest's acceptance of these regulations. 5. The payment for the stay in the holiday home is collected from the Guest no later than on the day of arrival. In the event of early cancellation of the stay, the holiday home does not refund the fee for the unused stay. 6. The holiday house is rented on a "hotel" basis. 7. The "hotel" day lasts from 2:00 p.m. on the day of rental to 11:00 a.m. the next day. 8. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest to the caretaker of the holiday home by 10.00 a.m. on the day on which the rental period of the holiday home expires, which, however, does not bind the holiday home. The holiday home will take into account the request to extend the stay as far as possible. 9. The guest may not transfer the house to other persons, even if the day for which he paid has not expired. 10. The holiday home provides conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest, safety of stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guest, professional and courteous service. 11. For the comfort and safety of our Guests, smoking and tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all rooms of the REMEDY holiday home. Violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products results in a fine of PLN 1,000. 12. The guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and devices of the holiday home resulting from the fault of the guest or his/her visitors. It is forbidden to rearrange the rooms of the holiday home without consulting the guardian. 13. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices in rooms and other premises that are not part of the equipment of these rooms. The above does not apply to both media and computer devices chargers and power supplies. 14. For the safety of Guests, it is recommended to be careful when using the internal stairs and mezzanine, in particular to supervise children using the house. Children under the age of 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay in and around the holiday home. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the children's behavior, including any damage and/or harm caused. 15. The liability of the holiday home for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the holiday home is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code. Liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is excluded. 16. The parking lot at the Remedy vacation home is free and unguarded. The Owner is not liable for damage to or loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, or for any property contained therein. 17. The REMEDY holiday home agrees to the introduction of animals on its premises, they must be under the constant supervision of their owners. 18. The holiday home provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the housekeeper, which will enable a quick response. 19. Personal items left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at their expense to the address indicated by them after prior telephone agreement with the house manager. If no such instruction is received, the REMEDY Holiday House will store these items for 1 month and then donate them to charity or public use. 20. In the event of a breach of these regulations, the holiday home may refuse to continue to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the staff, to settle the amounts due for the services provided so far and to pay for any damage and destruction caused, and to leave the premises of the REMEDY holiday home. 21. The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of registration and placement of the Guest's data in the REMEDY holiday home database in accordance with the Act of 29.10.1997 on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 883, as amended). The guest has the right to access and correct their personal data. Wood left by the fireplace is not included in the rental price. When using it, a fee must be paid after prior arrangement with the house manager. The jacuzzi is not available during the rental period without prior agreement with the renter.
