This 23 m2 apartment, very functional is located at the foot of the slopes, residence "Les Choucas", 1st floor with elevator, balcony overlooking the slopes, all comforts. Other information and photos upon request. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the winter period. Cleaning and linen are not included in the rental. NO PETS PLEASE. The space Sleeps 5 (1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed, comfortable bed with recent mattresses, duvets and memory foam pillows). This accommodation includes an equipped kitchen, dining area, sleeping area (the room can be separated from the rest of the apartment by a removable partition), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Ski locker on the same level as the apartment and direct exit to the slopes. Guest access Personalized welcome with key handover. Other things to note Security deposits: - €50 check for cleaning - €450 check for possible damage and mattress covers, duvets, pillows These two checks are to be sent to our home. They will be cashed if: - the cleaning is deemed insufficient or has not been done (see instructions in our welcome booklet that we will send you after confirmation of the rental). - the accommodation is returned with one or more damaged items or stained mattress covers, duvets or pillows.
