The upstairs open-plan living area is the heart of the home, filled with natural light, leafy views, and a welcoming atmosphere. Here, you’ll find the lounge with Smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen, all flowing seamlessly out to the balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or the sounds of nature. Downstairs includes the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides access to the secure yard, where pets can safely enjoy the outdoors. Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed + 2 extra single mattresses (suitable for children only) Guest access Guests have full house access. Other things to note We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure).
