Please note:5,000/- security deposit refund within 24 hours after checkout Barbecue Setup: A barbecue setup (stand + coal) is available for an additional cost of ₹600 inr CCTV in hall, pool & outdoor areas (glass villa for security). No cameras in private spaces. Kitchen usage is chargeable incase if dishes are left back cleaning charges are applicable Please note: The jacuzzi is functional but operates with cold water only. Decorations using tape, adhesives, or any materials that may damage the walls or paint are strictly not allowed. Please treat the property with care. Regarding power cuts, we do have power backup available. However, power outages are beyond our control, and in rare cases there may be a short interruption until the backup system takes over. *House Rules* • We kindly request that no drugs or narcotics are brought onto the property. • Our caretaker is available please feel free to contact them if you need any assistance. • In case of excessive mess, vomit, or stains, additional cleaning charges may apply. • If used dishes are left uncleaned, dishwashing charges may apply- Gas Usage: 1200/- Power backup available incase of any electrical issues • Geyser Use: There is a red switch/button in the bathroom. Please turn it on a few minutes before bathing, rotate the dial towards the red side, and remember to switch it off after use. • After 10:00 PM, we request you to keep the music volume low to maintain a peaceful environment.
