In this brand new, spacious and bright, newly renovated accommodation, at 1500m, overlooking the valley up to Mont Blanc, your family can relax in the silence of the woods and pastures. You can work in the studio equipped with a fiber connection. A playground, a picnic area, a bar/restaurant (Lo Saros, family management with Aosta Valley cuisine) with a small well-stocked emporium will make your vacation carefree. The space A glass compass allows access to the large living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, six-seater table and access to the balcony that runs along three sides of the house/accommodation offering a splendid view of the central valley with the city of Aosta in the distance and Mont Blanc on the horizon. The brand new kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher and kettle and dining table for 6 people. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, allow you to avoid morning and evening queues! The double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds accommodate four guests who, if necessary, can increase to six thanks to the sofa bed in the study. The study/work area with a door also includes a desk with fiber connection, a rich library, and a spacious closet. Guest access A well-lit external staircase connects the courtyard of the street floor with the apartment located on the first floor, ensuring guests have independent access. The resort offers varied routes of flat walks, excursions with elevation gain (Punta Comagna at 2,100m), mountain bike routes and snowshoeing in winter. Sommarèse is located between two hills (1600m), the Col di Joux and the Col Tzecore, which allow you to reach the adjacent Val d'Ayas with the Brusson cross-country slopes and the MonteRosa Ski alpine ski area (Estoul, Champoluc and Antagnod). In twenty minutes you can reach, by a wide carriage road, the town of Saint Vincent with the Thermal Baths and the Casino de la Vallée.
