Gorgeous Cabin for Vacation Rental, The perfect Getaway! Walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village. 2,700 Sq ft, 3 bedroom plus a bonus room/Game Room. Cabin sleeps 8 people. Large Living Room with cozy fireplace, Game room with pool table, Flat screen TV, and bar. Huge deck with amazing mountain, lake, and tree view and BBQ. Please note Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and there is no guest access. Guest may access the trails only. Guest access Smart lock Other things to note Cabin now fully stocked with all toiletries, sheets, and towels! Kitchen is completely equipped with pots and pans and a wide array of utensils. Please note the cabin is on a private street and there is ONLY two carport. No curb parking or space for a third car or fourth car. You will need to make arrangements for any other vehicles brought to the property. Please note the grill is available for use, propane tank is not refilled after each visit. If you need to fill during your visit there is a grocery store in the village only a few minutes away. Strictly no pets, no exceptions. Any amenities not listed are not included. Washer and dryer available for use, laundry detergent is not provided. * LOCAL CRITTERS: such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bear, coyote, mountain lions, wild donkey etc.) are native to big bear and it is typical *inside & around all homes* in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures. Especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray etc., but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. Please respect nature & accept all that comes with it if booking here. This is our second home and family getaway. This is the perfect place for friend and family gatherings, not loud parties.
