Tucked away in the peaceful, old-fashioned seaside hamlet of Eccles-on-Sea, our dog-friendly cottage sits on a quiet unmade road—perfect for anyone looking to escape the rush of everyday life. Sleeping four over two bedrooms and welcoming up to 3 dogs free of charge, it's the perfect seaside holiday home. There is an additional bedroom (bunk beds) available at an extra charge of £150 if guest capacity exceeds four (sleeping up to 6 in total). The space Open plan kitchen/living/dining area Step into to the open plan living space. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven with hob, slim line dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also an air fryer, George Foreman grill, coffee grinder and cafetière, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for four (two further fold out chairs available). The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and an armchair. Plenty of books and games to play and a wall mounted smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with bedside tables. There is hanging space for clothes and a smart TV. There are USB charging sockets in each bedroom. Bedroom 2 has twin 3′ single beds. There is hanging space for clothes and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has one 3′ bunk beds (suitable for adults). There is hanging space for clothes and a smart TV for each bunk. Use of this room is charged at £150 if guest capacity exceeds four guests. Family shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The property has electric heaters throughout which can be independently operated. There is laminate flooring throughout. Front garden The front of the property is fully enclosed. There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway area. The south facing sunny veranda has a seating area with furniture. You can sit and listen to the sound of sea as it’s just over the back fence! There is access to the beach path via the side gate in the garden. Back garden The back of the property has a lawned garden, fully enclosed with 6′ solid fencing and 4′ picket fencing. There is a washing line and an outside tap with short hose for dirty dogs and sandy feet. The beach path runs along side the property so you can be on the beach in minutes. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property. Other things to note Use of Bedroom 3 is charged at an additional rate of £150 per booking. This room can be used if guest capacity exceeds four (sleeping up to six in total).
