I live downstairs. *Up to 4 guests can stay. *Perfect location just 20 minutes train ride from Central London via Southall Station to Bond Street (Elizabeth Line), or take buses - 482, H32, 105, or 102 to Southall Station. Local shops nearby are open until 10:30pm, there is a peaceful park 3 minutes away, and scenic canal for walks. Laundrette available too - 7 minutes walk away. *Kitchenette with microwave, (NO HOB stove or oven due to licensing) fridge, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich maker and a boiled egg poached egg maker, (roti maker available) and cooking basics. *Please note MICROWAVE cooking only, due to licensing. *Tea and coffee provided *Desk/dressing table in each room can be used to work from *Portable reading lamps * High table with 2 high chairs *Two more chairs available *Central Heating controlled by adjustable thermostat for your comfort. Smoke and heat alarms throughout for safety. *Local shops nearby are open until 10:30pm, there is a peaceful park 3 minutes away, and scenic canal for walks *PAID Parking can be arranged, you must send your vehicle car registration number, model, brand and colour 48 hours before to book this. One room features a single sofa bed for flexible arrangements *Smoke and heat alarms throughout for safety *Yoga Mat Guest access *Entire first floor is yours with keypad entry for self check-in convenience. Access all upstairs areas except storage/loft. *I live downstairs and respect your privacy - only coming up if you need my help with anything. *Professional cleaner visits every 2 weeks for room cleaning and fresh bedsheets. Cleaning supplies and hoover available for your use. During your stay Available by Airbnb message app or text any time or just knock on my door if you need anything, I’m usually working so won’t be in your way. Other things to note I won't come upstairs unless required. The cleaner will come once every 2 weeks to clean the rooms and change bedsheets if required at a time to your convenience. Please keep the rooms tidy like your own home with the provided vacuum cleaner, and cleaning materials. Please note one of the beds is a sofa bed. You can see in the photos. It is a residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. The rooms are not fully sound proof. No guests or parties allowed. The property is for registered Airbnb guests only. Sorry no pets are allowed. Central heating is provided if you find the rooms cold. At present I left the heater on 21 degrees on thermostat control for the bedroom rooms. Plus spare portable heaters are provided.
