You can enjoy the 10 × 5 pool, which is protected by an in-pool alarm. No pets are allowed. The space At your disposal are 3 double bedrooms and 1 dormitory with 3 bunk beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 dining rooms, 1 living room, and 2 toilets. Garden, terrace, and private swimming pool. Guest access ADDITIONAL LOCATION INFORMATION: Located in the village of Champagne-les-Marais, close to a restaurant, pizzeria, convenience store, tobacco and newsagent, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, and hairdresser. Ideal base for numerous excursions in the La Rochelle area, the Marais Poitevin, the Vendée beaches, hikes, the Vélodyssée cycle route, O'GLISS Park, Indian Forest, and the Les Sables Zoo. Weekend rentals available subject to availability, excluding July/August, with a 2-night minimum. We offer you a clean and beautifully decorated house. For hygiene reasons and to respect people with allergies, no pets are allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not rent to adults only. A message is required immediately after booking: details of the vacationers and their ages to arrange check-in. Proof of vacation rental insurance will be requested. Other things to note 1- Sheets are provided and included in the rental. 2- What are the dimensions of the beds? There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 6 single beds (3 bunk beds). 3 - Free internet/Wi-Fi 4 - The size of the pool is 10 m x 5 m, and it is protected by an underwater alarm. 5- No pets allowed. 6- For 10–12 people, 4 bedrooms. 7- Children aged 15 and over are considered adults. 8- No reservations; for adults only. 9- Electric vehicle charging prohibited (meter not suitable). 10- E-bike charging station: €6 per bike per day.
