Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of sumptuous and rejuvenating nature, this lovely loft will offer you the best possible comfort. The proximity of the greenways connecting (on foot!) Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains is an asset! The space Eunoia Beauchamps is an outbuilding attached to the 🏡 family home (an old farmhouse!). It is now completely independent (independent access, separate garden...). You are staying in the totally renovated former stable! 🐴 🚶 Close to the greenways connecting Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains, it will also offer you a stay in the heart of sumptuous and refreshing nature 🌱🍃🌾. The fully renovated apartment has one bedroom/bathroom upstairs with double bed 160x200cm. The bedding selected is "medium" (DODO brand). On the ground floor, you will find an equipped open kitchen (microwave, mini oven, raclette machine, waffle iron, TASSIMO BOSH coffee machine, kettle, stovetop...) as well as a large living/dining/ WC area. The living room sofa is a sofa bed, so the accommodation sleeps up to 3 people. Convenient ⚠️ point: if you come to 2 but want to sleep separately, please 🙏 let us know when booking so that we can prepare the two beds. This accommodation is also equipped with a 🪴 fully fenced and secured garden of 15m². The garden is still in the process of being set up but it is now functional. Parking spaces 🚘 are available in front of the property and on the street, they are free year-round. The accommodation is in a quiet town away from the hustle and bustle🧘‍♀️, only a dozen minutes by car separate us from the livelier cities of the coast! Small local shops (pizza, kebab, grocery store, butcher shop, boulangerie...) are present less than 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Housing is in: 12-15 minutes from Treport and Mers-les-bains, 16 minutes from Ault, 24 mins from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, 35 mins from Dieppe, 35 minutes from Abbeville and 1 hour from Amiens! Pets 🐶 are allowed at no extra charge as long as the accommodation is treated with care. We ask that they are not left alone in the property. 👶 Guests with babies: we can provide a folding crib, but the accommodation is not yet equipped with other baby equipment (highchair, changing table, etc.). 🚘 Electric vehicles: please do not plug your vehicles into the accommodation, as this may cause the electricity meter, which is not suitable for this use, to malfunction. There are charging stations nearby.
