Le Tréport et Mers-les-Bains is a plus! The space Eunoia Beauchamps is an outbuilding attached to the family home 🏡 (a former farmhouse!). It is now completely independent (separate access, separate garden, etc.). You'll be staying in the old stable, which has been completely renovated! 🐴 🚶 Close to the greenways linking Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains, it will also offer you a stay in the heart of magnificent and restorative nature 🌱🍃🌾. The fully renovated apartment has a bedroom/bathroom upstairs with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The bedding chosen is "medium" firmness (DODO brand). On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini oven, raclette grill, waffle maker, BOSCH TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, hob, etc.) as well as a large living/dining room/WC area. The living room sofa (140x190) is a sofa bed, so the property can accommodate up to 3 people. ⚠️ Practical point: If there are 2 of you but you wish to sleep separately, please 🙏 let us know when booking so that we can prepare both beds. This property also has a fully fenced and secure 15 m² garden 🪴. The garden is still being landscaped but is now usable. 🚘 Parking spaces are available in front of the property and on the street. They are free all year round. The property is in a quiet village away from the hustle and bustle 🧘‍♀️, and we are only about ten minutes' drive from the livelier towns on the coast! Small local shops (pizza, kebab, grocery store, butcher's, bakery, etc.) are within a 5-minute walk from the property. The property is: 12–15 minutes from Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains, The nearest beach 🏖️ is Mers-les-Bains (12 to 14 minutes depending on traffic), 16 minutes from Ault, 24 minutes from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, 35 minutes from Dieppe, 35 minutes from Abbeville and 1 hour from Amiens! Pets 🐶 are allowed at no extra charge as long as the property is treated with care. We ask that they not be left alone in the property. 👶 Guests travelling with a baby: We can provide a travel cot, but the property is not yet equipped with other baby equipment (high chair, changing table, etc.). 🚘 Electric vehicles: Please do not plug your vehicles in at the property, as this could cause the electricity meter, which is not suitable for this use, to malfunction. There are charging stations nearby.
