We’ve prepared a cute and practical Forest Cabin House Bed for family stays: a 120 × 200 cm solid-wood frame with a playful “little house” design—perfect as a cosy sleep space and also a fun reading/play corner for kids. Underneath, there’s a same-size (120 × 200 cm) pull-out trundle bed that can be easily rolled out when needed—ideal for two children or extra guests. Adults can sleep on it too, and it might just bring back a little childhood nostalgia. Friendly reminder: Please refer to our House Rules for full usage and safety guidelines for the house bed and trundle bed (e.g., child supervision, no jumping on the bed, and how to pull out/push in the trundle safely). Guest access This listing is for a fully independent home, not a shared space. We have redesigned the original Unit 1 into two completely separate dwellings with upgraded sound insulation. Your unit is the one of them and has its own private entrance at the front. You have the private bedroom,kitchen, living area, bathroom and full fenced garden. No areas are shared with the other unit or with the host, so you have exclusive use of the entire space during your stay. If you are interested in the layout, I can also share the floor plan with you. Other things to note （1）House Rules • No parties or events. • Street parking only (free). No parking on the driveway any time . Street parking is public/shared and availability is not guaranteed. Please follow local parking rules to avoid fines. • No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. • No eating or drinking in the bedrooms to keep bedding and carpets clean. • Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 AM and after 11:00 PM. • No shoes on carpeted areas. • No smoking inside the house. • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. • Please take care of the furniture and property. • Any lost, damaged, or removed items may incur a charge. • Please keep your key set safe — replacement cost is up to $125 per set. • Check-in: after 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 10:00 AM (strict, unless otherwise agreed in advance). Late check-in/out without prior approval may incur a $50 per hour fee. • The home is more suitable for adults or families with older children. Pls advise me if you needed any baby cots, high chairs or other child safety equipment. • When going out or checking out, please switch off lights, heating/air conditioning and appliances to save energy and for safety. • The neighbours have a dog and young children, so you may occasionally hear them. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of the neighbourhood. · a friendly safety reminder: for children’s safety, please ensure an adult supervises at all times when using the outdoor hammock. The toys should also be used under adult supervision. For everyone’s safety, please use all facilities at your own risk and take responsibility for safe use （2）House Bed & Trundle Bed – Usage & Safety Guidelines • One person per bed maximum: 1 person on the house bed and 1 person on the trundle bed. Two or more people must not share the same bed. • Children must be supervised: An adult must supervise children at all times while using or playing on/around the beds. Please do not climb on the bed frame/“roof” structure or run/play on the bed. • No jumping on the beds: Please do not jump, bounce, or have multiple people sit/lean on the same area, to avoid injury or damage. • Trundle operation: Pull out/push in slowly with both hands and watch fingers to avoid pinching. Before use, ensure the trundle is fully pulled out and stable; after use, push it back in. • Keep walkways clear: When the trundle is pulled out it takes up floor space—please keep pathways clear and take extra care at night to avoid tripping. • Keep clean: No eating on the beds and do not place items that may stain or leak. If anything is spilled or stained, please let us know promptly. • Do not move or dismantle: Please do not move the beds, remove any parts/curtains, or stick stickers, draw, nail, or hang items on the timber surfaces. • Damage or issues: If you notice any looseness, unusual noises, or damage, please contact us straight away and we’ll assist as soon as possible. （3）Pet Rules: 1. Advance declaration required: Pets and the number of pets must be declared before check-in and added/noted on the Airbnb reservation (Airbnb requirement). 2. Additional pet cleaning fee: An additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet applies to cover post-stay deep cleaning. 3. Hygiene & allergy management: Pets must be flea-treated/dewormed, free of strong odours, and shedding must be manageable (to avoid allergy or hygiene complaints). 4. Protect furniture & fabrics: Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and please avoid rugs/carpets and other fabric areas where possible. 5. No unattended pets: Please do not leave pets unattended inside the home. If you must step out briefly, pets must be crated and kept quiet. 6. Leash & common areas: Please keep pets on a leash when outdoors and when entering/exiting common areas to avoid disturbing neighbours. 7. Waste cleanup: Please clean up after your pet in the courtyard/garden, bag and seal waste, and dispose of it in the designated bin. 8. Washing restriction: Do not bathe/wash pets indoors. If needed, you may use the outdoor tap. 9. Use of house items: Please do not use house towels to wipe pets. Any extra cleaning or damage to linens/towels will be charged separately. 10. Quiet & neighbours: Please prevent excessive barking, especially during quiet hours. If neighbours complain, immediate action may be required. 11. Damage / extra cleaning: Any scratching, chewing damage, urine stains, lingering odours, or cleaning beyond normal will incur additional charges. 12. Limits on type & number: Maximum 2 pets.
