Ping-pong table, pétanque court, plancha, Fiber Wi-Fi, Internet box, TV. Private parking for 5+ cars, automatic gate. Capacity for 8 adults and 2 babies (2 travel cots + 1 high chair + booster seat). Extra person on demand. In the "green" residential area of Beausset, both quiet and very close to the village center (2 minutes walk) where you find all amenities (shops, 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc.) Facing due south, it benefits from continuous sunshine from morning to evening. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom each, one bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200). and an extra bed for one person in the laundry room (extra cost) The kitchen is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, etc. Guest access Access to all proprety Other things to note 1/ Supplements payable on arrival Housekeeping (€10/pers) and rental of sheets and towels (€10/pers) not included. Heating costs in winter (October to April) €10 per day or €50 per week. Pet, €10 per day or €50 per week extra. Additional person (over 8 people): €100 per person (maximum 2) Security Deposit: €500 by check or cash (the deposit is returned a week later) 2/ Pets We are happy to welcome your pets as long as they are well-behaved. They are not allowed to climb on sofas and beds. You'll need to pick up their droppings. 3/ Smoking Smokers are welcome but should avoid smoking indoors and throw cigarette butts in the trash. 4/ Swimming pool The pool filtration is salt, therefore chlorine-free with an automatic pH regulation system. It has a rigid safety curtain that allows it to be completely closed for the peace of mind of parents. In summer, weekly maintenance of the pool is provided at the end of the week by a company that has the keys. The pool is not in operation in winter (November 1st - May 1st) 5/ Respect for the neighborhood Unfortunately, we cannot accept noisy gatherings (bachelor/hen parties, various parties, etc.) 6/ Plancha A large Plancha is available for guests to use. If you use it, we recommend putting baking paper on the plate (available in the kitchen). This makes cleaning easier. In any case, we thank you for cleaning it after use. 7/ Electric toilet The house has 3 toilets including an electric one. For the latter in particular, only paper should be flushed (repair is expensive). 8/ For babies Available are 2 baby cribs (sheets are not provided), a high chair and 1 booster seat. 9/ Awning on the terrace The terrace has an exceptionally large electric blind (11 x 4 m) that protects you from the sun. If the wind is strong it is necessary not to deploy it too much. 10/ Checkout instructions Dishes must be done and put away (this is not included in the cleaning service) The fireplace and plancha must be cleaned. Linens must be gathered in the laundry room. Garbage cans must be empty.
