In the "green" residential area of Beausset, both quiet and very close to the village center (2 minutes walk) where you find all amenities (shops, 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc.) Facing due south, it benefits from continuous sunshine from morning to evening. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom each, one bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200). and an extra bed for one person in the laundry room (extra cost) The kitchen is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, etc. Guest access Access to all proprety Other things to note 1/ Extra costs (to be paid on arrival) Cleaning service (10 € / pers) and rental of sheets and towels (10 € / pers). Heating costs in winter: from October to April 10 € per day or 50 € per week. Pet : 10 € per day Additional traveller (over 8 people) : 100€ per capita (maximum 2) Deposit : 500 € by check or cash or tranfer (the deposit is returned one week after departure ) 2/ Animals : We are happy to receive your pets as long as they are well educated. They are not allowed to climb on sofas and beds. You will have to collect their excrement. 3/ Smokers Smokers are welcome but should avoid smoking indoors and throw cigarette ends in the trash. 4/ Swimming pool The pool filtration is salt-based, therefore chlorine-free, with an automatic PH regulation system. It has a rigid safety curtain that allows it to be closed completely for the parents' peace of mind. In summer, the swimming pool is serviced weekly by an engineer. 5/ Respect for the neighborhood: unfortunately we cannot accept noisy meetings/00..00eve-+ ² nts (stag / hen parties, various parties, etc.) 6/ Plancha A large Plancha is available to travelers. If used, we recommend that you put baking paper on the plate (available in the kitchen). This makes cleaning easier. In any case, we thank you for cleaning it after use. 7/ Electric toilet The house has 3 toilets, one of which is electric. For the latter in particular, only paper should be thrown away (repair is expensive). 8/ For baby 2 travel cots are available (sheets are not provided), a high chair and 1 booster seat. 9/ Awning on the terrace The terrace has an exceptionally large electric awning (11x4m) which provides protection from the sun. In strong winds it is necessary not to deploy it too much. 10/ Departure instructions The dishes must be done and put away (this is not included in the cleaning service) The fireplace and the Plancha must be cleaned. The sheets must be grouped in the laundry room. The trash cans must be empty.
