Designed for comfort and calm, this room offers a cozy double bed, soft lighting, and an attached modern washroom stocked with everything you need. From fresh towels and toiletries to a well-kept, contemporary bathroom with a steady hot shower, we’ve made sure your stay feels effortless from the moment you arrive. It’s the perfect space to curl up with a cup of tea, unwind after a long day, and enjoy the serenity that makes NOI Homes special. The room comes with a large double bed that comfortably accommodates 2 guests. As the room is spacious, an additional guest can also be accommodated with an extra mattress, available at an additional cost. Balcony: Enjoy a calm and refreshing break on the private balcony, perfect for peaceful mornings with a cup of tea or relaxed evenings soaking in the breeze. It’s a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy a quiet moment during your stay. SHARED SPACES — FREE TO USE Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully functional and stocked with essentials. Light cooking is welcome, boiling eggs, brewing tea, reheating meals, Maggi, instant mixes, soups or ready-to-cook options. Since it’s an open kitchen connected to the living and dining area, we do not allow heavy frying or intensive cooking to maintain the ambience of the space. Any damages caused due to misuse will be charged separately. Living Room: A bright, airy living area filled with sunlight, curated décor, cozy seating, and a Smart TV loaded with Netflix, Prime and more, ideal for relaxing, working, or spending time with friends. Bar Nook: We’ve carved out a dedicated bar-style corner with comfortable seats and warm lighting, the perfect mood-setter for a small get-together. We do not serve, sell, or source alcohol (as per law), but guests are welcome to bring their own. Guest access Guest will have access to all the above-described space Other things to note • It is a 2BHK house. • The space is located on the first floor of the building. • Only couples aged 21 and above are allowed. • Hosts may or may not be present at the property during your stay. • This is a reputed neighborhood in Jorhat, and we expect guests to maintain basic decorum while using the space and when entering or exiting the property. • Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed outside the property or in the common areas of the house. • Guests should understand that this is a homestay, not a guest house. - A homestay involves staying in a family home where hosts share their space and lifestyle with travelers seeking authentic experiences. • We are couple-friendly. Drinking is allowed inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted only in the balcony or on the terrace. Loud music and any form of property damage will not be tolerated. * Check-in & Stay Policies • Check-in: After 1:00 PM (early check-in subject to readiness) • Check-out: Before 10:00 AM • Late checkout: ₹500 per hour, subject to availability • Late-night check-in (after 10 PM) incurs additional charges * Parking & Access • Parking is available inside the property. • SUVs or vehicles with carriers may need to park outside. • Also dedicated parking spot is available near the property where you can pay and park • Outside decorations are not allowed. A fine will be charged if any are found. • As per government rules, ID proof for all guests is mandatory.
