In this bright, classic apartment in Herlev's attractive Eventyrkvarter, you will have a quiet base close to green parks and with easy access to Copenhagen. Start the day on the south-facing balcony, make breakfast in the new kitchen and then explore the neighborhood and the city or hop on the train for a short trip to the center of Copenhagen. In the evening, you can relax in the bathtub or enjoy the apartment's classic charm with stucco, filling doors and views of the park and the roofs in the cozy, old villa neighborhood. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a stately, white-painted villa from 1931 with a black Mansard roof - as a separate apartment with its own entrance through the house's main door. The apartment consists of an entrance hall from which there is access to the new large kitchen with dining table, living room with TV, sofa bed and exit to the balcony, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, as well as laundry room with washing machine. There is also the option of renting the 2nd floor of the house, which consists of two rooms: A room with a double bed and office space, and a large children's room with a sofa bed for two people as well as lots of Lego and other toys. We (the hosts) are a family of four who live on the separate ground floor of the house. We can therefore be easily contacted and are happy to help if there are any questions or with recommendations for the local area. Other things to note Within a 5-minute walk: Supermarket (Føtex), shopping center (Herlev Bymidte), restaurants and take-aways, cafes, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, banks with ATM, a small independent cinema, park, playgrounds and the S-train station. At 15 minutes of walking: Shopping center (BIG), large cinema with comfortable adjustable armchairs, restaurants, an indoor playground (Leo's), car rental, hospital/emergency room and library. 10-minute drive: Bowling, large indoor swimming pool, squash and paddle courts, Gamma craft beer brewery, X-Jump trampoline park, ice rink (open in winter), 9- and 18-hole golf courses.
