Enter through the rear door, up 31 carpeted steps with automatic lighting paving the way up to the private entrance of Flat 5 on the 2nd floor (please note, there is no lift/elevator). • Open-Plan Living: An inviting space with high ceilings, exposed wood beams, bespoke wooden shutters, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and large Smart TV (own subscriptions required for streaming). A skylight provides natural light. • Air conditioning: there is a portable air conditioning unit in the flat for your comfort. The flat is well located on South Bar Street. Banbury railway station is just a 7 minute walk away and Horton General Hospital is a 15 minute walk. Guest access Guests have full access of the flat, including a dedicated private parking space conveniently located by the rear entrance. Other things to note Our flat is located in a quiet block of 6, so strictly no parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please. Sorry, no pets allowed. • Access: The flat is located on the second floor and there is no lift. Guests will need to walk approximately 10 steps outside down to the exterior door and then 31 carpeted steps up to the flat. All steps are relatively shallow and automatic lighting illuminates your path inside. • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is from 4pm onwards, check-out is by 10am. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be available for an extra cost, by prior arrangement only. • Young Families: A travel cot and high chair can be supplied for an additional cost of £25 per stay. Please request these at the time of booking and remember to bring your own bedding for the travel cot. • Essentials: We provide linen, towels, and toiletries, along with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and snacks. For longer stays, you will need to replenish essentials with your own items.
