Two sets of keys are provided for comfortable access during your stay. Guests with REDUCED MOBILITY, please consider: • The studio is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs (24 steps), and there is no lift. • The mezzanine is accessed by a spiral staircase and has limited headroom (160 cm). The sofa bed in the main space can be used instead. • There is a small step into the shower and toilet area. • Taxis cannot stop directly at the door, as the Old Town is pedestrianised in the afternoon and at night. Drop‑off is at a roundabout about a 5‑minute walk away; the same applies to parking. Travelling with CHILDREN: • The apartment has stairs leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, which may not be suitable for young children. Safety gates cannot be installed. Parents are asked to use their judgment when deciding if the space is appropriate for their children. Respect for Neighbours - Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings). - Please do not engage with neighbours—contact us via chat or call in urgent situations. - Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission. 3. Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes), in the courtyard or shared areas of the building. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer or thumble dryer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed. 4. Cleanliness -Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
