The 130 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern, newly built house directly on the Rhine in Urmitz, near Koblenz – the perfect choice for a special stay in the Rhine/Moselle region. Whether you're enjoying relaxing days or looking for a stylish base for your excursions, this is the place for you! As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a breathtaking, unrestricted view of the Rhine. The spacious living area is the heart of the apartment and combines everything you could want for a high-quality break: a fully equipped open kitchen with a kitchen island, an inviting dining area and a cozy sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed if necessary. The living area invites you to enjoy yourself in peace – while cooking, relaxing or simply watching the Rhine pass by. A real highlight is the 40 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the living room. Equipped with a large dining table, gas grill and a hammock, it offers you plenty of space for special moments outdoors. The two large, light-flooded bedrooms, equipped with high-quality box spring beds (1.80 x 200 cm), ensure restful nights.
